This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 16 terminations. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. The space-saving 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TA. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 2.4MHz. Input voltage 4V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 3A output current of voltage regulator. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 35V. An input voltage of 5.3V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. At 10V volts, voltage regulator can provide voltage. For switching regulator operation, 16 pins are used. For this switching regulator, it is recommended that the output voltage is at least 800mV volts. Using this voltage regulator 12v, you will be able to get the maximum output voltage of 10V. Known as a switching DC-DC regulator, this electronic voltage regulator 12v is part of the Automotive, AEC-Q100 family. The ALSO OPERATES IN PFM CONTROL TECHNIQUE feature adds to the efficiency and stability of this switching regulator.
