A80960CA-16 Overview
In order to provide high reliability, advanced packaging method Bulk is used. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs are a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. Total terminations are 168. With a 5V voltage supply, the part should be turned on and run. There are 32 bits in its architecture. CPUs operate with a frequency of 16MHz Hz. Datasheets for 168 pin functions can be found here. A typical Microprocessors embedded microprocessor. Its external data bus width is 32. Using the microprocessor in an environment above 100°C is not recommended. 168 pins are injected into the part body. Many applications use this CPU with Through Hole mounted. A CPU operating at 16MHz frequency is expected. Micro processors can be used from 5V. As specified in datasheets, the embedded microprocessor requires 5V power supplies. It is 5V on the CPU's core. It is not possible to supply a voltage to the CPU higher than 550mA. The embedded microprocessor should not be supplied with a voltage higher than 5.5V. The lowest voltage that should be applied to the micro processor is 4.5V. This embedded microprocessor includes additional features such as: OPERATING CASE TEMPERATURE 0 TO 100 C. There are 9 external interrupt terminations due to hardware interrupts. DMA (Direct Memory Access) is programmed using 4 channels.
