In the 144-LBGA package, you will find fpga chips. The device has 96 I/O ports for more coherent data transfer. To form a fundamental building block, there are 660 logic elements/cells. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. In order for it to operate, the supply voltage must be 1.425V~1.575V . It is a type of FPGA that belongs to the ProASIC3 series of FPGAs. The operating temperature should be kept at 0°C~85°C TJ when operating. In order to save space, this FPGA model has been contained in Tray. This device is equipped with 18432 RAM bits in terms of its RAM si18432e. The RAM si2.3kBe of this FPGA module reaches 2.3kB to ensure normal operation of the program. 144 pins are designed into the device. As long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it could work fantastically according to its specifications. Its flexibility can be fully utilized when operating with a 1.5V supply voltage. When this module is operated at its maximum operating temperature, it reaches 70°C. In order to achieve 0°C, the operating temperature must be higher than 0°C.
