The 100 package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. In it, there are 40 terminations to be found. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be HCSL. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 125MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. It is a 40-bit IC that is designed for microprocessors specifically. The frequency synthesizer has 40 pins that are available.
