The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This Clock PLL will be fed by HCSL, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL as its input. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 125MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 2.375V~3.465V. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. This is a clock generator compatible with LVDS logic levels. The FemtoClock? NG series includes this electronic part.
