In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. Embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator receives its inputs from Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. Providing a maximum frequency of 625MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Clock PLL works with 2.375V~3.465V supply voltage provided. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. There are several logic levels in LVPECL logic that can be used with this clock generator. This electronic part is a member of the FemtoClock? NG series.
