8702BYLF Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. There is a clock generator embedded in the 48-LQFP package. This Clock PLL will be fed by HCSL, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL, SSTL as its input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. An upper frequency limit of 250MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. There are 3.135V~3.465V available for use with this clock PLL. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C. The RF synthesizer is compatible with LVCMOS logic levels.
