84314AYLF Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. In the 32-LQFP package, there is an embedded clock generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Crystal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. It provides a maximum frequency of 350MHz. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. There are 3.135V~3.465V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Test statistics estimate a temperature of 0°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature. There are several logic levels in LVPECL logic that can be used with this clock generator.
