It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. As part of the 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. As the Clock PLL's input, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. 320MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There should be 3.135V~3.465V provided with this RF synthesizer.
