843002AKI-40LFT Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. As the Clock PLL's input, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL, LVTTL, SSTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. It provides a maximum frequency of 175MHz. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. As long as you provide 3.135V~3.465V supply voltage, it will work. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C.
