8430002AYLF Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. There is a clock generator embedded in the 48-LQFP package. In this clock generator, CML, LVPECL, SSTL, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 640MHz is available. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There are 3.135V~3.465V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to 0°C~70°C.
