8422002AGI-07LFT Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). The 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. In this clock generator, LVCMOS, LVTTL, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 226.66MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. There are 2.375V~3.465V available for use with this clock PLL. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. LVHSTL logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer. A Frequency Synthesizer is a classification for the electronic part in question. These related electrical parts are available for the base part number ICS8422002-07. FemtoClock? series electronic parts are used in this part.
