74VHC4046M Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tube. There is a clock generator embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. CMOS is designed as this clock generator's input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 14MHz. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. Clock generator ic works with 2V~6V. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. 3-State logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer. As far as electrical parts go, this component can be classified as a Phase Lock Loop (PLL) component. According to the base part number, its related parts can be founded. Clock generator is designed with 16 pins. Designed to operate at low temperatures, this frequency generator performs -40°C operations per second. There is still a possibility of the electronic frequency generator working at 85°C with attenuated performance. The 74VHC series includes this electronic part. This clock generator cannot be powered by voltages higher than 6V. There is a maximum supply voltage of 2V for this RF synthesizer.
