The package is in the form of 96-LFBGA. It is contained within the Tape & Reel (TR)package. T flip flop is configured with an output of Tri-State, Non-Inverted. It is configured with a trigger that uses Positive Edge. There is an electrical part that is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. The JK flip flop operates at 2.7V~3.6Vvolts. A temperature of -40°C~85°C TAis considered to be the operating temperature. This D latch has the type D-Type. This type of FPGA is a part of the 74LVTH series. It should not exceed 160MHzin terms of its output frequency. As a result, it consumes 190μA quiescent current. The 74LVTH32374family includes it. Its input capacitance is 4pF farads. It is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Basically, it is designed with a set of 96 pins. Edge triggering is a type of triggering that allows a circuit to become active at the positive edge or the negative edge of the clock signal.
