Logical driver uses a neat 48-TFSOP (0.240, 6.10mm Width) package. Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging. Available in Surface Mount. Voltage buffer adopts Transceiver, Non-Inverting logic prototype. Buffer IC is fed with a voltage of 2V~3.6V. Qualified to operate within -40°C~85°C TA. The high and low logic state output current of logical driver is 12mA 12mA. Logical driver can deal with 3-State output (s). Digital buffer is one of the 74LCXR series devices. Buffer IC is suitable for Surface Mount applications. Logical driver has 48 pins. Enhanced with 2 ports. The bus transceiver employs 8 bits for each element. You can search "74LCXR162245" for other related electrical components. In quiescent state, the electronic part uses 20μA. To run the part safely and stably in a circuit, 2.5V recommends users apply 2.5V on the logical driver. 16 channels for high quality communication. The typical output current of the logical driver is measured 12mA. Current beyond 20μA may cause faulty function and even damage to the electrical component.
