54-LFBGAis the packaging method. D flip flop is included in the Tape & Reel (TR)package. Currently, the output is configured to use Tri-State, Non-Inverted. It is configured with a trigger that uses Positive Edge. It is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. A voltage of 2V~3.6Vis required for its operation. In the operating environment, the temperature is -40°C~85°C TA. D-Typedescribes this flip flop. The 74LCXseries comprises this type of FPGA. You should not exceed 170MHzin its output frequency. As a result, it consumes 20μA quiescent current. Currently, there are 54 terminations. The 74LCX16374 family contains this object. A voltage of 2.5V provides power to the D latch. The input capacitance of this T flip flop is 7pF farads, which is defined as the capacitance between the input terminals of an op amp with either input grounded. LVC/LCX/Zis the family of this D flip flop. In this case, the electronic component is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. A total of 54pins are provided on this board.
