This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. In the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Clock is designed as this clock generator's input.
