The electronic component is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. It is mounted in the position Surface Mount. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 4:1. Operational temperature extended around -40°C~125°C TA. There are 16 terminations totally.
