74HC4316D,653 Overview
The electrical component comes in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. In Surface Mount, you'll find this switch device. There is 1:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Operational temperature extended around -40°C~125°C TA. Total terminations are 16. A 1 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. A 6V voltage supply should turn on and run the electronic component. Electronic part bodies are injected with 16 pins. A SPST - NO switching circuit is used for these analog switches. 74HC4316 can be used to search for analog multiplexer variants. There is 240Ohm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. To find out what the 16 pins do, please refer to the datasheets. Users shouldn't supply more than 10V voltage to the switch device. Analog switch ics with Dual, Single supply type are cost-effective. 2V is the lowest voltage that should be fed to the electronic electronic part. This digital switch can be operated with a current of 1nA. Despite this switch's dual supply capability, its voltage should not exceed 5V. It is recommended that you attach at least 1V to your dual power supply. Operating voltages range from 5V. A 4 input needs to be operated.
