The device is packaged in the 16-VFQFN Exposed Padtype. For its configuration, 16terminations are used. Having a supply voltage of 5V enables to operate in a fully flexible manner. When the supply voltage is set to [0], it is able to operate with greater reliability. Each element in the array stores 14 bits. The base part number of 74HC4060provides access to more related parts. In order for it to operate, it requires a supply voltage of 5V . A voltage of 2V is the minimum supply voltage (Vsup). Up to a maximum voltage of 6Vcan be supplied (Vsup).
