74AXP1G97GSH Overview
The 6-XFDFN package is available for download. In this package, there is also the Tape & Reel (TR) package that is included. It is available in the Surface Mount version as well. It has full functional Single-Ended output. The communication type used by this application is Configurable Multiple Function logic. At -40°C~85°C, the operating temperature is extended. The inputs are all 3-based. The 74AXP series includes this, so it belongs there. It uses a 0.7V~2.75V-type power supply to operate. Part includes 6 terminations. Installing and dismounting it is made easy with its Surface Mount-shape design. This is a logic gate 6 solution. Normally, 1.2V is the voltage needed for this part. The circuit is based on 1 basic. AXP products include this item. During quiescence, a current of 300nA exists across the device. The maximum voltage that goes to the device should be keep under 2.75V. Users should be noted that this device requires 0.7V or higher voltage to start up. As a result of this part, 20mA current is generated at the output ends.
