Embedded in the 56-VFBGA package, it is used by many applications. Tape & Reel (TR) is the way it is packaged. 18-Bit circuits are used to achieve its superior flexibility. A Universal Bus Transceiver logic type is used in this electrical device. The electronic part is mounted in Surface Mount-direction. A higher operating temperature than -40°C~85°C is recommended. High/Low output currents allow 24mA 24mA to have a maximum design flexibility. The 74ALVCH series contains this type of FPGA. The voltage at which it operates is 1.65V~3.6V. The 74ALVCH16501 family includes it. There is one type of termination that is called the 56 termination, which consists in terminating a transmission line with a device that has an impedance that matches the characteristic impedance of the line itself. When the supply voltage is above 2.5V, the device will operate normally. It is equipped with 56 pin count. In order to design this electronic part, 18 Bits have been used. Transmission lines can be terminated with 2 terminations by using a device that matches the characteristic impedance. The electronic part is mounted in Surface Mount-direction. 56 pins are used in its design. This one belongs to the ALVC/VCX/A family of electronic devices, and there are a number of other devices like it that are part of this family. When Vsup reaches 3.6V, the maximum supply voltage has been reached. Powered by 3.3V power supplies, it runs on a battery. The element consists of 1 elements in total.
