74ACT825SCX Overview
It is embeded in 24-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) case. It is included in the package Tape & Reel (TR). T flip flop is configured with an output of Tri-State, Non-Inverted. In the configuration of the trigger, Positive Edgeis used. There is an electric part mounted in the way of Surface Mount. The JK flip flop operates with an input voltage of 4.5V~5.5V volts. In this case, the operating temperature is -40°C~85°C TA. It is an electronic flip flop with the type D-Type. FPGAs belonging to the 74ACTseries contain this type of chip. It should not exceed 158MHzin its output frequency. D latch consists of 1 elements. T flip flop consumes 80μA quiescent energy. D latch belongs to the 74ACT825 family. There is 4.5pF input capacitance for this T flip flop. It is mounted by the way of Surface Mount. The electronic flip flop is designed with pins 24. A Positive Edgeclock edge trigger is used in this device. 8bits are used in its design. Despite its superior flexibility, it relies on 8 circuits to achieve it. For high efficiency, the supply voltage should be kept at 5V. To operate, the chip has a total of 8 output lines. This input has 8lines in it. In this case, the high level output current is set to -24mA. There is 24mA output current at the low level. Operating temperatures should be lower than 85°C. In order for the system to operate properly, the temperature should be higher than -40°C. Normally, it operates with a voltage of 4.5VV as its minimum supply voltage. It supports the maximal supply voltage of 5.5V. It is possible to obtain a frequency of 158MHz.
