It is embeded in 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) case. D flip flop is embedded in the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Non-Invertedis the output configured for it. The trigger configured with it uses Positive Edge. Surface Mountis occupied by this electronic component. A 4.5V~5.5Vsupply voltage is required for it to operate. A temperature of -40°C~85°C TAis used in the operation. It is an electronic flip flop with the type D-Type. JK flip flop is a part of the 74ACTseries of FPGAs. Its output frequency should not exceed 175MHz Hz. A total of 1elements are contained within it. As a result, it consumes 40μA quiescent current. Members of the 74ACT377family make up this object. There is 4.5pF input capacitance for this T flip flop. This electronic part is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. With its 20pins, it is designed to work with most electronic flip flops. In this device, the clock edge trigger type is Positive Edge. The design is based on 8bits. Its flexibility is enhanced by 8 circuits. For high efficiency, the supply voltage should be set to 5V.
