A temperature of -40°C~85°C TAis considered to be the operating temperature. The type of this D latch is D-Type. The 74ACTseries comprises this type of FPGA. Its output frequency should not exceed 71MHz. In total, it contains 2 elements. There is 80μA quiescent consumption. D latch belongs to the 74ACT16374 family.
