7152M-01LF Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. This clock generator is embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 67MHz. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There are 3V~3.6V available for use with this clock PLL. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to 0°C~70°C. CMOS logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer.
