The 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package provides greater flexibility.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.This device is equipped with 6 drivers for its configuration.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 13V~17.5V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET in this design.-40°C~125°C TJ is the allowed temperature range for this device.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Its configuration is based on a total of 28 terminations.You mount it with Surface Mount.Mosfet driver is configured wMosfet driverh 28 pins when designing.In order to operate, a voltage of 15V has to be applied.In the maximum case, the output current can be 240mA volts.There are several useful electronic components in this subcategory of Peripheral Drivers.The board contains 28 pins for component connections.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage can be up to 600V.Mosfet gate drivers can deliver a current of 375mA.The maximum power dissipation of 1.3W shows its maximum capability to transfer and conduct power loss without overheating.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended to keep the supply current at 1.5mA to ensure greater stabilMosfet gate driversy.Due to its 15V power supply, it can solve power supply problems for an array of diverse applications.Gate drivers of this type are included in the EiceDriver? series.
