This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In this clock generator, LVCMOS, LVTTL, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 500MHz Max. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 3.135V~3.465V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C.
