A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tray-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. The 24-LFLGA Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. There is a Clock PLL called HCSL, LVDS, LVPECL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 350MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 1.71V~3.465V. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels.
