308RLFT Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 20-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. The input of this clock generator is designed to be Clock, Crystal. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. Providing a maximum frequency of 200MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. As long as there are 3V~3.6V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C. This is a clock generator compatible with LVCMOS logic levels. This electronic component can be classified as a Clock/Frequency Synthesizer.
