A total of 6 terminals are used to mount this power management. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of SOT-23-6 functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. There is a voltage supply of 3.3V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. There is a subcategory of this power ic known as Power Management Circuits. A total of 6 pins are located on this power management. 6 pins are present on the power management system. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 2V. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 6V volts in this IC power. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -55°C~125°C TA. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating. The power management's supply current is 25μA. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using 13K33, the base power ics number. The maximum supply temperature voltage supervisor can handle is 25μA.
