In order to increase flexibility, the package Module is used.A package of Tray has been used.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 2 drivers.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 14.5V~15.5V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a IGBT design.This device allows temperatures in the range of -20°C~85°C TA.Ideally, the high-side voltage should not exceed 600V.The gate driver belongs to the SCALE?-2 series.
