The collector emitter saturation voltage is 1V, giving you a wide variety of design options.In order to achieve high efficiency, the continuous collector voltage should be kept at 450mA.If the emitter base voltage is kept at 6V, a high level of efficiency can be achieved.250MHz is present in the transition frequency.When collector current reaches its maximum, it can reach 800mA volts.
