A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.There is a package in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of the device.In the absence of a 4.5V~20V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~150°C TJ.A type of Inverting is used for input in this program.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.The pins are configured with 8 when designing the chip.This device operates with 12V supply voltage.BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER is employed as its interface IC.An output current as high as 5A can be achieved at maximum power.The gate driver is part of the EiceDriver? series.
