In order to increase flexibility, the package 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width), 18 Leads is used.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.Gate drivers can demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy wGate driversh a 14V~18V supply voltage.The gate type on this device is IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~125°C TJ.The input type for this program is Inverting.Initially, the configuration is composed of 18 terminations.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.When designing, the device is configured with 18 pins.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 2A.There can be a voltage up to 650V on the high-side (Bootstrap).This device is capable of delivering 2A current.
