251PMLF Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. In this case, Clock, Crystal is designed to be the input of the clock generator. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 200MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer.
