23S08-2HDCGI8 Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. There is a Clock PLL called LVTTL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 133.3MHz Max. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 3V~3.6V. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. CMOS, LVTTL is designed for clock generator's output. As far as this electronic part is concerned, it can be classified as a Clock Multiplier, Zero Delay Buffer component.
