2305-1DCG8 Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package contains this clock generator. As the Clock PLL's input, LVTTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 133MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. There should be 3V~3.6V provided with this RF synthesizer. The ambient temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with CMOS, LVCMOS, TTL logic levels.
