The 6-WDFN Exposed Pad package offers greater flexibility.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.1 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.Using a 4.5V~20V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~150°C TJ.Inverting, Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.The configuration is based on 6 terminations.With a supply voltage of 12V, it is designed to operate.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.In the EiceDriver? series, this gate driver is included.
