1812L200MR Overview
To protect the devices from damage, PTC thermistors are packaged in 1812 packages. ldeally, the PTC thermistors should operate at -40°C. There must not be an increase in temperature above 85°C for this thermistor to work. There are 2 terminations on the PTC thermistor. When used, the PTC thermistors could produce 8V voltage. In the PTC thermistors, 40A is the current they are designed to handle. It is recommended that the current flowing through PTC thermistors should not exceed 40A.
