Its 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR).A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.A supply voltage of 4.5V~7.5V demonstrates its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.There is a temperature range for this device of -40°C~125°C TJ.This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 10 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.Under its base part number ZL1505, various related parts can be found.The number of component pins is 10.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 30V.This IC uses SWITCHING CONTROLLER as its analog input.
