TS5A3154DCURG4 Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 8-VFSOP (0.091, 2.30mm Width). To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 2:1. Operational temperature extended around -40°C~85°C TA. In total, there have been 8 terminations. Due to its 1 channels, the electrical component produces high-quality output. A 1.8V voltage supply should turn on and run the electronic component. Into the electrical component body are injected 8 pins. SPDT switching circuits are used in these analog switch ics. The circuits in this analogue multiplexer number 1. Operating the 1 inputs requires 1 inputs. This switch operates within the bandwidth of 100MHz. In this digital multiplexer, there are 2 outputs.
