TRF3761-FIRHAR Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 40 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 5V. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There should be 4.5V~5.25V provided with this RF synthesizer. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. This is an electronic part that can be classified as a Integer-N Synthesizer/VCO in this case.
