For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Cut Tape (CT) package. There are 39 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 39-BQFN Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. 500kHz~2MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.95V. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 6V.
