Its 9-UFBGA, DSBGA package is used to save board space. For mounting, it uses the Surface Mount method.The system emerges as a Linear with high efficiency.At -40°C~85°C TJ, the led driver is capable of operating.There are many benefits for Backlight.It is designed to work with 9 terminations.It has a base configuration of 9 pins.The segment count is 4.There is a mounting of it by Surface Mount.TPS75100 is the base part number for the LED driver.As a maximum value, 5.5V is acceptable.In addition, its characteristics are classified into Display Drivers.A minimal input voltage of 2.7V is required for it to operate.A minimum supply voltage of 2.7V is required to meet the highest efficiency standards.The allowable maximum value of supply current reaches 5.5V.Whenever the supply current is lower than 300μA, it can provide high efficiency.A load can be supplied with 25mA current.Even when operating at a maximal output current of 10mA, it is capable of delivering all the benefits of a LED driver.When no external factors are present, there is 180μA current consumption.
