The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 6-WDFN Exposed Pad package to save space. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. 2.25MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. Input voltage 2.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.75V. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to 260 being indestructible. For operation, voltage regulator provides a nominal input voltage of 3.6V. As part of the TPS62590 series of regulators, the voltage regulators can be found.
