TPS62400DRCRG4 Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, there are 10 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 2 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. DC-DC switching regulators reach 2.25MHz switching frequencies. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.5V. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 0.6V. Featuring a 400mA 600mA output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 3.6V. DC/DC regulators of this type are part of the TPS62400 family of voltage regulator 12vs. Voltage can be produced at 6V volts by voltage regulator. To operate the voltage regulator 12v, 10 pins are required. There should be at least a 600mV volt output voltage for this switching regulator in order to make it work properly. Accordingly, dc to dc voltage regulator's maximum output current is 400mA A. A maximum voltage of 6V can be obtained from the regulator voltage. DC-DC switching regulator with 6V supply voltage. Without external influences, harley voltage regulator consumes 32μAA of quiescent current.
