As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. In this voltage regulator, 6 terminations are present. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. There is a 6-WDFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Programmable output generated. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 2.25MHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.9V 1.15V. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. As a result of DC DC switching regulator's design, it is designed to provide an input voltage of 3.6V for the purposes of operation. This DC/DC regulator belongs to the TPS62270 family. There is a possibility that DC DC switching regulator can give voltage at 6V volts. 6 pins are used for switching regulator operation. There should be at least a 900mV volt output voltage for this switching regulator in order to make it work properly. To meet its operating requirements, dc to dc voltage regulator can deliver a maximum output current of 400mA A. The maximum output voltage of this regulator voltage is 1.15V. Switching regulators operate at 6V supply voltages. Voltage regulator consumes 15μA A of quiescent current without being affected by external factors. Switching regulators with the PFM CONTROL TECHNIQUE ALSO AVAILABLE feature are more efficient and stable than those without.
