TPS62260DRVT Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, 6 terminations are present. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 6-WDFN Exposed Pad package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. There is a switching frequency of 2.25MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 2V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to 260 being indestructible.
