The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package for the purpose of space saving. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. There is a switching frequency of 850kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. Input voltage 2.7V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators.
